These prices are good for Mail Orders only, due to shipping from different locations.  However, walk-in customers may purchase these items with any applicable shipping and handling fees included.

 We DO NOT accept credit cards for international orders over the Internet.  If you are having the item shipped internationally please call us at: 317-291-9211 or fax your order to 317-291-1482.

Please note that your billing AND shipping addresses MUST BOTH be listed with the credit card company or your order WILL be delayed.  If getting your item(s) shipped to your workplace, please provide the business name and phone number.  All shipping to PO boxes or APO addresses will be done via US Postal Service (insured) and tracking information will not be available.

 PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED USING SLL SERVERS BY A THIRD PARTY, MEANING YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS PLACED.

All prices listed on advertising venues such as www.pricewatch.com are promotional.  If our web site lists a higher price than you saw advertised, you may still place the order on our site.  Please state in the ‘Comments’ section of the order form the discrepancy, and our staff will adjust your price accordingly before shipment.

 Please note that we process orders as soon as possible.  However, weekend orders may be delayed until the following Tuesday due to the high volume of orders we receive over the weekend.  Another reason for a delayed shipment would be credit card problems such as address verification or an incomplete address provided.  Certain items and large quantity orders may be ‘drop-shipped’ from a separate warehouse and tracking information may not be readily available for these shipments.  When calling for tracking information, please have your order number ready.  Please note that if the product has been shipped but you have not yet received it, we will need up to two weeks from the order date to be able to take action.  On advertised items with a quantity limit, you will not be notified in the event that your order exceeds the listed maximum quantity of these items.  Any offers of ‘Limit 1’ may not be combined with any other ‘Limit 1’ offers.  Any such orders will be cancelled without notification.

 In the event that an incorrect or partial address is provided to us (this does not include any mistakes in our shipping department) and UPS returns your package to us, we will automatically bill your card the $6 for the address correction and will re-ship your package.  This will be done without any notification.
