Can I Place An Order By Phone ?

Yes, orders can be placed by phone by calling our office at (317) 291-9211

All orders will be processed as soon as the payment method has been verified. All orders require BOTH billing and shipping address verification before being sent to our warehouses for processing.

Do you accept International orders ?

International orders outside of Canada , APO, and FPO can be placed online but must be prepaid by wire transfer. After the order has been placed, the exact shipping charges will be e-mailed to you.

What payment methods are accepted ?

You can pay by the following methods: American Express and domestic U.S. issued Visa, Master Card and Discover cards are accepted without an additional charge. We do not accept foreign credit cards. Purchase orders welcomed from educational institutions and approved corporations. A credit application must be submitted and approved before any purchase orders can be accepted. Other payment methods: Wire transfers, Cashier's checks, personal checks, and business checks.

How will my information be used ?

Personal information given to us for placing an online order is not shared with any other entity without your permission. It is used for processing your order and for customizing your experience while visiting our site.

Can I ship to APO / FPO addresses ?

You can send packages by First Class U.S. Priority Mail to APO / FPO addresses at the domestic rate which is approximately equal to the FedEx Second Day rate plus $20. USD handling fee. For larger items, a small upgrade charge will be added. Items must weigh 70 lbs. or less and measure less than or equal to 108" in circumference. This is the approximate size of a 17" monitor. For larger items, your shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly and you will be notified via E-mail.

What if my order arrives damaged ?

If the carrier attempts to deliver a package that appears to have been damaged in transit, you may refuse the delivery. Please contact us by e-mail or call our customer service department to report the package refusal. Once receipt of the package is confirmed back at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund to your account. I you choose to accept the damaged package, have the carrier note the damage on his / her records. In the event the product was damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail or call our customer service department to report the problem. We will then contact the carrier and have the package picked up and process a credit for the returned item.

What is The return Policy ?

This policy is effective as of 1 - 1 -1999: All opened products are subject to 15% restocking fee. The Computer Center  has a 30-day refund policy. Open software is not refundable. Returns of memory, processors, computers, notebooks, software and scanners must be received within 7 days. No refunds on the above products after 7 days. Any item which is purchased in quantity 3 and plus is considered as final sale, non-refundable, and only exchangeable under warranty policy. All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Shipping is not refundable.

How do I cancel an order ?

After an order has been confirmed and you have received your confirmation number, we can not cancel the order unless the item(s) are on back- order. To cancel a backorder, please contact our customer service department at (317) 291-9211

How do I obtain a RMA ? ( Return Merchandise Authorization number )

How do I obtain a receipt ?

A packaging slip is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement. If you need a more detailed receipt, your Order History find your order and print out a copy of your records to use as your receipt.

What does OEM mean ?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture. This term is usually applied to processors, memory, and software. Products shipped as OEM may lack warranties, extended software bundles, and other promotional materials usually shipped with the retail version

What does White Box mean ?

A product is sold in a plain box as opposed to a retail box. Products shipped as White Box come with necessary software such as drivers. White Box often does not include extended software bundles and other promotional materials usually shipped with the retail version unless specified by us.
